Pina Colada

What do I need?
- 1 pineapple, skin and core removed, and cut into chunks plus extra pineapple for garnish cut into wedges
- 8 tsp sugar
- ½ cup coconut cream
- 400ml white rum
- 400ml pineapple juice
- Ice
How do I make it?
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a chilled glass and garnish with a wedge of pineapple.
