Bubbly Lemon French 75 Cocktail
Combining two of our favourite things in one cocktail sounds like the perfect recipe for New Year’s Eve celebrations. This gin and sparkling wine cocktail is light and refreshing so it’s a great option for summer entertaining. Cue the fireworks!

What do I need?
- 1 tsp sugar syrup
- 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 50 mL gin
- Sparkling wine
- Ice
- Lemon zest
How do I make it?
- Add sugar syrup, lemon juice and gin to a cocktail shaker and fill with ice.
- Shake vigorously and then strain into a champagne glass. Top with sparkling wine and garnish with a strip of lemon zest.
