Quail with Balsamic Roasted Grapes
Roasted grapes are the ideal accompaniment to the delicate flavours of quail.

What do I need?
- 6 quail
- 60 g butter, softened
- 600 g assorted grapes
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2/3 cup white balsamic vinegar
How do I make it?
- Preheat oven to 200C.
- Rub quail all over with butter and season well with salt and pepper. Place quail on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Place grapes on an oven tray and drizzle with olive oil and balsamic. Roast quail and grapes for 20 to 30 minutes or until the quail are golden and cooked through. Remove from oven and serve.
