What do I need?
- 1 cup ice
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 cup tomato juice
- ½ cup vodka
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Tabasco sauce
- ½ tsp caster sugar
- 2 stalks celery, finely diced
- 2 tbsp cornichons, chopped
- ½ small red onion, finely diced
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 large tomato, diced
- ½ continental cucumber, diced
- 2 tbsp chives, finely chopped
- 8 extra large, cooked prawns, peeled, deveined, tails on
- Lime wedges, to serve
How do I make it?
- Combine ice, lime juice, tomato juice, vodka, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce, and caster sugar in a jug and stir well. Set aside.
- Add celery, cornichons, red onion, avocado, tomato, cucumber, and chives to a bowl and toss to combine.
- Pour tomato juice mixture into serving glasses, then spoon in chopped ingredients.
- Arrange prawns and a lime wedge on side of glasses and serve immediately.
