Pizza Pockets
It’s entertaining season and these tasty little pizza pockets are ideal to serve at your next get-together.

What do I need?
- 250 g grated mozzarella
- 100 g grated parmesan
- 200 g passata
- 40 g pepperoni, finely diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp dried basil
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- ½ tsp crushed fennel seed
- Pinch chilli flakes
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of freshly ground black pepper
- 40 square wonton wrappers
- Olive oil for drizzling
How do I make it?
- Preheat oven to 220C. Lightly grease two baking trays. Set aside.
- In a bowl combine all ingredients except the wonton wrappers and olive oil.
- Fill a bowl with water. Brush a wonton wrapper with water to lightly dampen it. Add some of the cheese mixture to the centre of the wrapper and then fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling to enclose it. Press gently to seal. Repeat with remaining wonton wrappers and filling.
- Arrange pizza pockets on baking trays and lightly drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden and toasted.
