Vegan Chocolate Fudge
This chocolatey vegan fudge uses just five ingredients and only takes five minutes to make.

What do I need?
- 1 kg icing sugar
- 100 g cocoa powder
- 250 g vegan butter, chopped
- 140 mL plant based milk
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
How do I make it?
- Line a 27.5cm x 17.5cm x 3cm slice tin with baking paper, leaving some overhang to make removing the fudge easier later.
- Sift icing sugar and cocoa powder into a large bowl. Add butter and milk and microwave on high for 4 minutes, until the butter is almost melted.
- Add vanilla to bowl and mix with an electric hand mixer.
- Pour fudge into prepared slice tin and refrigerate for 1 hour, or until set.
- Use the overhanging baking paper to lift fudge from tin. Cut into squares using a sharp knife.
TOP TIPS
- Fudge can be kept in an airtight container in the fridge for 2 weeks or frozen for 3 months.
- Customise your fudge by adding chopped nuts, dried fruit, chocolate chips, marshmallows, chilli, sea salt, cinnamon, or anything else you like.
