Vegan BBQ Jackfruit Pizza
Ahh, pizza – it holds a special place in our hearts. This Vegan BBQ Jackfruit Pizza swaps out meat for organically grown Tender Jack Smokey BBQ, which boasts all the great flavour of pulled pork (minus the pork). It’s naturally low in calories and a good source of fibre, protein, Vitamins A and C, magnesium and manganese.

What do I need?
- 1 pack Amazonia Tender Jack Smokey BBQ
- 1 pizza base
- Tomato paste
- ½ cup vegan cheese, grated
- Handful of spinach
- ¼ red capsicum, sliced
- Chilli flakes
- Fresh basil
How do I make it?
- Preheat oven to 180C.
- Cook Tender Jack in a frying pan over low heat for 5 to 10 minutes, or until contents are heated through.
- Spread pizza base with tomato paste, add Tender Jack, spinach, red capsicum and sprinkle with cheese and chilli flakes.
- Cook for 10 to 15 minutes or until it is crisp and golden brown.
- Serve sprinkled with fresh basil leaves.
