Spicy Mango Dipping Sauce
This spicy sauce is fabulous with prawns, seafood and chicken.

Makes approximately 1 cup of sauce
What do I need?
- 1 tightly packed cup of fresh mango, diced
- 3 tbsp coriander leaves, roughly chopped
- 2 tbsp red onion, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- ½ small red chilli, seeds removed, chopped
- 2 ½ tbsp coconut milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
How do I make it?
Blitz all ingredients using a stick blender or in a food processor. Taste and season to taste. If the sauce is too thick add extra coconut milk to achieve desired consistency
