Dill Dipping Sauce
Dill and seafood are a perfect match; try this sauce with fresh prawns or drizzled over your favourite fish.

Makes approximately 2 cups of sauce
What do I need?
- 150 g mayonnaise
- 80 g tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ¼ cup dill leaves, finely chopped
How do I make it?
Blitz all ingredients using a stick blender or in a food processor. Taste and add extra lemon juice if desired.
