Rocket Salad Skewers
Take peppery rocket, refreshing cucumber, salty ham, and the juicy sweet tartness of blackberries and you’ve got yourself the perfect fresh party appetisers.

What do I need?
- 1 large cucumber
- 120 g baby rocket leaves, washed and dried
- 100 g shaved ham
- 125 g blackberries
- Balsamic glaze, to serve
How do I make it?
Cut cucumber in half lengthwise, then chop each half into pieces about 1 ½ centimetres thick.
Thread cucumber onto small wooden skewers, follow with some rocket leaves, then thread on ham and finish with a blackberry.
Drizzle with balsamic glaze or alternatively serve glaze in a dish for dipping.
