Bacon Wrapped Jalapeno Poppers
There’s no denying that everything tastes better with bacon so of course we wrapped these creamy, spicy, cheesy bites in it. These go perfectly with a cold drink at a hot party.

What do I need?
- 12 jalapenos
- 250 g cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 12 slices bacon
How do I make it?
- Preheat oven to 200C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Cut jalapenos in half lengthwise and scoop out seeds.
- Add cream cheese, cheddar, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper to a bowl and mix well to combine.
- Fill each jalapeno half with the mixture.
- Cut bacon in half lengthwise and wrap a piece around each jalapeno half. Secure bacon with a toothpick.
- Arrange jalapenos on baking tray and cook for 20 – 25 minutes or until the bacon is crisp and browned.
- Serve immediately.
