No Bake Energy Balls

The kids are heading back to school so fuel their learning with these tasty no-bake balls. These energy balls are both nut-free and dairy-free.

What do I need?

  • 1.5 cups desiccated coconut
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup chia seeds
  • ½ cup tahini
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 2 tbsp chocolate chips

How do I make it?

  1. Place all ingredients except coconut, into a food processor and blitz to combine. If the mixture is too dry, add a little extra maple syrup.
  2. Roll tablespoon-sized pieces of dough into balls using your hands.
  3. Place coconut in a shallow bowl. Add balls to the bowl and coat with coconut. Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate.
