No Bake Energy Balls
The kids are heading back to school so fuel their learning with these tasty no-bake balls. These energy balls are both nut-free and dairy-free.

What do I need?
- 1.5 cups desiccated coconut
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ½ cup chia seeds
- ½ cup tahini
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 2 tbsp chocolate chips
How do I make it?
- Place all ingredients except coconut, into a food processor and blitz to combine. If the mixture is too dry, add a little extra maple syrup.
- Roll tablespoon-sized pieces of dough into balls using your hands.
- Place coconut in a shallow bowl. Add balls to the bowl and coat with coconut. Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate.
