Olive Tapenade

What do I need?

  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 ½ cups mixed pitted olives
  • ¼ cup flat-leaf parsley leaves
  • 1 tbsp capers, drained
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt, to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

How do I make it?

  1. Add garlic to the bowl of a food processor and pulse until minced.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and pulse until the mixture has a finely chopped texture.
  3. Season with salt and pepper if desired.
  4. This tapenade will keep in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
