What do I need?
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 ½ cups mixed pitted olives
- ¼ cup flat-leaf parsley leaves
- 1 tbsp capers, drained
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt, to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
How do I make it?
- Add garlic to the bowl of a food processor and pulse until minced.
- Add remaining ingredients and pulse until the mixture has a finely chopped texture.
- Season with salt and pepper if desired.
- This tapenade will keep in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
