Scallops are one of our all-time favourite foods. And we are super-lucky in Tasmania to have the best scallops in the world available to us. In honour of the start of the scallop season in Tassie we’ve put together a list of seven delectable ways to enjoy scallops, because we could happily eat them seven days a week.
