Antipasto Jars

These antipasto jars are quite possibly the easiest “homemade” Christmas gift ever! There’s no cooking required, in fact all you need is some sterilised jars, a cute gift tag and a trip to your local Hill Street store, and you’ve got another Christmas gift sorted.

Makes 4 x 500 mL jars

What do I need?

  • 300 g mixed pitted olives
  • 100 g pitted Kalamata olives
  • 200 g semi-sundried tomatoes
  • 200 g feta
  • 100 g feta stuffed olives
  • 100 g green split olives 
  • 150 g stuffed pepper dews
  • 150 g caperberries
  • 100 g pickled chilies
  • 100 g pesto stuffed olives 
  • 100 g balsamic onions
  • Olive oil

How do I make it?

  1. Add all antipasto ingredients to a large bowl and mix. Spoon mixture into sterilised jars leaving room for the olive oil.
  2. Pour olive oil over antipasto to fill the jars, then seal and attach a gift tag.
