4 of our favourite smoothie bowls … to enjoy this summer

 

Smoothie bowls are one of our all-time favourite foods. They tick all the boxes – easy to make, taste delicious, look great on your Instagram, and packed full of things that are good for you. In summertime a smoothie bowl is an excellent choice to kickstart your day. Even if you’ve had a sleep-in they offer a nutrient packed brunch that will keep you going throughout the day. So with that in mind we thought we’d share our 4 favourite smoothie bowl recipes for you to enjoy.

 

1.     Very Berry Smoothie Bowl – pretty as a picture this bowl features raspberries, blueberries and strawberries.

 

2.     Orange Banana Smoothie Bowl – with its golden colour this bowl epitomises summer. Its creamy texture is offset by crunchy toppings and fresh fruit.


3.     Choc Coconut  Smoothie Bowl with Strawberries and Pistachios – if you’re a fan of the lamington this is the bowl for you. Enjoy it for breakfast or make it for dessert, it works perfectly for either.
