Achieve lazy … because Sundays are for relaxing

 

Growing up, Sunday was traditionally the day of a roast lunch where Mum slaved away in the kitchen chopping, peeling, cooking and then cleaning up. Well, we think it’s time for a new tradition! One where Sunday involves sleeping-in and slow starts, putting your feet up in front of the fire and recharging your batteries. But just because you’re aiming for an easy day doesn’t mean you have to sacrifice a good meal.  Pulled Pork is a delicious feast that is devastatingly simple to cook and ideal for a favourite family meal or bigger get together with friends, and because it takes its time to cook, it gives you 5 or 6 hours to kick back and relax.
