Winter warmers … vegetarian style
Things we love about winter … cosy knitwear, the electric blanket, hot chocolate, soaking in a warm bath and hearty winter comfort foods. This week in our catalogue we featured Spinach and Ricotta Dumplings with Garlic Basil Butter, a perfect vegetarian winter meal and we got to thinking about some of our favourite vegetarian winter warmers. These are always on high-rotation for us throughout the cooler Tassie months and we think you’ll love them too. You don’t have to be a vegetarian to enjoy them, they are deliciously tasty no matter what your dietary preferences. Here’s five of our fave vegetarian recipes for winter.
