Read on to find out about new ways you can be recognised and rewarded as a Hill Street customer though our upgraded loyalty program, Hill Street Rewards.
We have big news. Our current customer loyalty program, the Happiness Club, is having a makeover in the next few weeks. Powered by the Go Rewards mobile app, our Happiness Club will be upgraded with new features and a new look and feel – plus a new name – Hill Street Rewards.
On Wednesday 30 July we will be launching Hill Street Rewards which will bring you some great new functionality and even more ways to earn and redeem loyalty points.
Great new features of Hill Street Rewards include:
- An easy-to-use mobile app which will contain your Hill Street Rewards digital loyalty card.
- Automatic transfer of your former Happiness Club points balance when you sign up using the same mobile number within 90 days of launch.
- You will earn one point per $1 you spend on eligible purchases, and on some items such as specialty cheeses, wine and homewares, two points!
- Once you earn 1000 points, your app will be credited with a $10 digital voucher to redeem.
- There will be a range of Member Bonuses, Double Points, and Weekly Boosters to take advantage of in-store, giving you even more chances to earn hundreds of extra loyalty points.
- You’ll be able to access your receipts and membership details securely at any time, within the app.
Our team is working hard to make this all happen by Wednesday 30 July. On this day we’ll ask you to go download the GoRewards app and create your Hill Street Rewards account.
