How to stop food touching … kitchen helper

It’s that time of year when the back-to-school lunchbox routine is about to start. Sometimes you need to ensure that foods don’t touch in the lunchbox - it could be about keeping sweet and savoury flavours separate, or your child may have sensory-based feeding needs. No matter what the reason we have an easy solution that will help you to organise lunchboxes into separate sections.

All you need are some cupcake or muffin liners; the paper ones are fine, but the silicone-based reusable liners are the best option for regular use. You can also buy a bento-style lunch box which has divided sections to make the job easy. Simply fill the liners with food and place inside the lunch box.
