We’ve discovered a really easy trick to double the quantity of frosting for no extra cost and as a bonus, this method also makes it easier to spread. Here’s what you need to do:
1. Empty the can of frosting into a mixing bowl.
2. Use an electric mixer to whip the frosting for a few minutes until it has doubled in size.
3. Get decorating – the frosting will be easier to spread and you will be able to cover twice as many cupcakes, slices or cakes.
