How to crush garlic faster … kitchen helper

 

If you’re like us, your garlic press has been sitting in the back of a kitchen drawer for a long time. It just seems like too much hassle (and more washing up) especially because you have to peel the garlic. Well, news flash everyone…we have been doing it all wrong! There’s a much faster way to crush garlic.

So, it turns out that you actually do not have to peel the garlic before crushing it. Simply pop a fresh clove of garlic (papery peel and all) inside the garlic press and do the usual squeezing. In a few seconds you will have fragrant crushed garlic. The peel stays tucked away inside the garlic press!
