How do you prefer your cookies? Are you a crisp and crunchy kind of person or do you prefer a soft-baked biccie? Whichever way you like them we’ve got a tip to help you achieve the perfect cookie every time.

For crispy cookies roll out the dough to about 3 millimetres thickness and bake them until they are evenly browned.

For soft-baked cookies roll the dough out to double the thickness, approximately 6 millimetres and bake until they are just brown on the outside edge.
