This week we caught up with our Cambridge Kitchen Assistant, Marisol, who has been with Hill Street since we opened our New Town store 14 years ago. We had a chat with her and discovered:

What's the best thing about working at Hill Street? The people, and our team - we are one big family.
What is your secret skill? Recipe knowledge - over the years I have memorized all the recipes, and I don’t need to refer to recipe cards.
What is your favourite food? I love any seafood.
Do you have a product at your store that you would like to recommend? The specialty cheeses are a favourite. I also have to give the salads a mention, they are all delicious! (Editor’s note: yes, they are, and made by Marisol !😉)
