Let’s talk turkey … because Christmas orders close in 2 weeks!
Not to be alarmist or anything, but Christmas Day is a mere 19 days away and our Hill Street Christmas orders close in just two short weeks. What we’re trying to say is that if you haven’t placed your Christmas order yet, it’s time to get moving! Turkey is an incredibly popular festive favourite and this year we’ve got a great range of options for you to select from.
Numurkah Turkeys – for many years Numurkah Turkeys have been supplying Hill Street with turkeys for Christmas. The family owned and operated turkey farm in Numurkah, Victoria is free range and the turkeys are always excellent quality. This year we have Numurkah whole turkeys available in sizes 3 to 5 kilograms, 5.1 to 7 kilograms, or 7+ kilograms, so there’s something to suit all size Christmas celebrations.
Also from Numurkah comes the Turkey Buffe. These are 4 to 7 kilograms in size and have the legs and wings removed, making them the ideal option if you prefer white meat only. The Numurkah Rolled Turkey Breast is always a hit for the festive season. This year our Chef Rick has used a pear, onion and cranberry stuffing and a sage butter baste to create this tasty rolled breast. There is also a gluten free option available so that everyone can enjoy the delicious taste. The Rolled Turkey Breast weighs 2+ kilograms and comes fully cooked with full instructions for reheating.
If you’re looking for a premium free range fresh whole turkey, our range from Southern Highlands will suit you. Grown in the southern highlands of New South Wales, these turkeys are available in two size ranges; choose from 4 to 5 kilograms, or 5.1 to 6 kilogram sizes.
To make your Christmas day even easier our Hill Street Kitchen Gravy is back for Christmas 2022. Made by our Chef, this classic, rich handmade gravy is the perfect way to complete your Christmas roast. Available in a 470 millilitre size, it is perfect for four to six people.
