It’s beginning to look a lot like … Easter


With just three weeks left until the Easter Bunny visits, it’s time to get your Easter menu sorted. This year we’ve thrown open the doors of our Easter online store to help you shop for everything you need for the perfect Easter meal. This year our Chef Rick has introduced a new dish, Hill Street Tasmanian Salmon Roast with Seasonal Vegetables and Horseradish Butter. It is ideal if you are looking for a delicious, but easy option and serves two people. Returning to the menu is the Hill Street Vegan Mushroom Tart that was enormously popular last Easter. This delightful tart is handcrafted at our Kitchen and features a herb-infused spinach and kale filling with fresh shitake, enoki, oyster and field mushrooms encased in a delicate vegan pastry.
