If you’re looking for a simple and easy way to give dishes a flavour injection, then flavoured butters are the answer. They’re easy to make and you can keep them in the freezer ready to add to chicken, roasts, steaks, fish, seafood, vegetables and pasta for a wonderful flavour hit.
Making flavoured butter couldn’t be simpler; you simple blitz your ingredients in a food processor and place onto a sheet of greaseproof or baking paper. Then shape it into a log, twist the ends and tie with kitchen twine. Pop in the freezer until you want to use it and then slice off the amount you need, rewrap and return to the freezer.
