We are supporting Cancer Council Tas Daffodil Day Appeal 2025

While winter is here, there are brighter days ahead with the arrival in-store of some lovely ‘merch’ supporting a good cause. Read on to find out how your purchase or donation can help.
Daffodils have come to represent joy, hope and new beginnings, and for these reasons have been adopted by the Cancer Council as their symbol.
Cancer Council has funded lifesaving breakthroughs in cancer research over the years. This research wouldn’t be possible without the support of thousands of donors. Every dollar raised helps fund lifesaving cancer research, cancer prevention, and supports people affected by cancer.
Hill Street is again supporting the great work of the Cancer Council with a range of Daffodil Day products available for purchase in all our stores now and for the rest of August, as well as hundreds of bunches of daffodils arriving in-store in time for Daffodil Day on Thursday 21 August.
We have pens for $3 and pins for $5, and bunches of daffodils will be $10 each. You can also make a tax-deductible by EFTPOS at the counters. All proceeds go to the Cancer Council.
So take home a bright bunch and make the future of cancer research and support a little brighter too!
Cancer Council Daffodil Day merchandise is available now at all Hill Street stores. Daffodils will be in-store from Tuesday 19 August.
