3. Vinegars and Condiments

For the gourmand in your family come in and see our beautiful range of aged balsamic vinegars by Giuseppe Giusti, contained in jewel-like bottles and some coming in exquisite wooden display cases.

The ultimate – the ”Scrigno”, a precious wooden box containing the entire historical collection in the classic “Champagnotta”, five bottles of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena aged in single barrels of oak, cherry, chestnut, mulberry and juniper alongside five premium condiments, offer a sublime tasting experience. The Giuseppe Giusti range is priced from $17 for a small bottle to $350 for the boxed set. If a Tasmanian vinegar is more your style, the range of Wild Mother vinegars are beautifully bottled and pretty enough to give as a gift in their own right, or paired with a lovely cheese. Our pick is the Black Cherry Vincotto, exquisite drizzled over a baked camembert or to simply dress some leaves in a salad.
