Here’s a hint - it’s not a designer dog breed. For us their name is reason enough to try zoodles but if you need more convincing read on!

Why limit your imagination and tastebuds to noodles made from wheat? You can easily substitute wheat noodles with vegetables that have been transformed into a noodle shape. And zoodles (zucchini noodles) are one of our favourite ways to make the switch.

Although a zoodle doesn’t taste like a noodle, they are a great way to cut back on calories, add nutritional value to your meals and boost your energy levels. For example: One cup of cooked spaghetti has about 220 calories and 43 grams of carbohydrate. One small zucchini made into “zoodles” has 20 calories and 4 grams of carbohydrate.

Zoodles can be used in a range of recipes, why not try our Zoodles with tomatoes & spinach caper pesto as a delicious start.
