What’s tasty, juicy and the perfect blend of sweet and tart? It’s grapes of course!

These delicious little berries (yes, botanically they are a berry) can be eaten raw, cooked or dried and they also make delicious drinks … wine anyone? But aside from the pleasure that comes from eating and drinking grapes, there are a whole range of health benefits that mean you should definitely be including them as part of your diet. Here’s six great reasons to enjoy grapes:
