- 50 mL light rum
- 50 mL dark rum
- 30 mL orange juice
- 30 mL lemon juice
- 30 mL simple syrup
- Flesh and seeds from 1 passion fruit
How do I make it?
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker.
Fill shaker with crushed ice and shake vigorously.
Pour into a glass and garnish with lemon and a sprig of rosemary.
