What do I need?
- 500 g green prawns, heads removed, peeled and deveined, tails on
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- Salt, to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 2 cucumbers, sliced into 1 centimetre-thick rounds
- Fresh herbs, to serve
- Lime wedges, to serve
How do I make it?
- Combine prawns with olive oil, paprika, cumin, garlic, chilli, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix well and place in the fridge for 30 minutes to marinate.
- Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Remove prawns from marinade and cook for 2-3 minutes per side.
- Slice cucumbers into rounds about 1 centimetre-thick.
- Serve each slice of cucumber topped with a prawn.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and serve with lime wedges.
