What do I need?

  • 3 large pears, quartered, cored and cut into wedges
  • 300 g brie, cut into wedges
  • 24 rocket leaves
  • 12 slices prosciutto, halved lengthways

How do I make it?

  1. Lay prosciutto slices on a clean work surface and top with a wedge of pear, a rocket leaf, and a wedge of brie.
  2. Wrap prosciutto around the pear, rocket and brie and use a toothpick to fasten.

TOP TIP

·         Serve with some balsamic glaze that guests can drizzle over their pear if desired.
