What do I need?

  • 2 cups cranberry juice
  • 1 ½ cups non-alcoholic red wine
  • 1-2 tbsp honey, to taste
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 6-8 fresh sage leaves
  • 1 cinnamon stick

How do I make it?

  1. Combine cranberry juice and non-alcoholic wine in a saucepan over low heat.
  2. Add honey and stir until dissolved.
  3. Add orange slices, sage and cinnamon.
  4. Warm slowly for 10-15 minutes, allowing the flavours to infuse, but do not let it boil.
  5. Remove from heat, strain to remove orange, sage and cinnamon.
  6. Serve in heatproof glasses or mugs.
