What do I need?
- 2 cups cranberry juice
- 1 ½ cups non-alcoholic red wine
- 1-2 tbsp honey, to taste
- 1 orange, sliced
- 6-8 fresh sage leaves
- 1 cinnamon stick
How do I make it?
- Combine cranberry juice and non-alcoholic wine in a saucepan over low heat.
- Add honey and stir until dissolved.
- Add orange slices, sage and cinnamon.
- Warm slowly for 10-15 minutes, allowing the flavours to infuse, but do not let it boil.
- Remove from heat, strain to remove orange, sage and cinnamon.
- Serve in heatproof glasses or mugs.
