What do I need?
- 2 cups cream
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup prepared eggnog*
- ½ tsp ground nutmeg, plus extra for sprinkling
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
Optional
- 2 tbsp dark rum or bourbon
How do I make it?
- Whip cream with an electric mixer until soft peaks form.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together condensed milk, eggnog, nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla and rum/bourbon if using.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the eggnog mixture until fully combined, being careful not to deflate the cream.
- Pour into a freezer-safe container, smooth the top, and cover. Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight, until scoopable.
- Serve dusted with nutmeg and garnished with a cinnamon stick for a festive look.
