Who’s who in the Crew – Hill Street Latrobe 10th Birthday Edition

It's hard to believe, but it’s been 10 years since Wells Latrobe joined the Hill Street family. In that time we’ve worked hard to preserve the history and community feel that the Wells family imbued into the site since 1893.

The best thing about adding Wells Latrobe to the Hill Street family has been the wonderful people who came along with it – many of whom have been with Wells for more than three decades!

As part of Hill Street’s 10th birthday celebrations at Wells Latrobe, we’re celebrating our longest serving team members at that store.

This week we’re delighted to profile Kathy, who is our longest serving team member, having been with Hill Street and before that, with Wells Latrobe, for a total of 51 years and counting!

Meet Kathy: I have been at Hill Street Latrobe for 10 years, and before that, with Wells Latrobe since 1974 (on and off). I work in the office in the Admin role and and I’m responsible for emails, ticketing, click-and collect, invoices and answering the phone. I’ve basically worked in this building for more than 50 years!

In one sentence I would describe myself as... Hardworking, always early for work and I’m a ‘work mum’ – I aways mean well but sometimes I say too much!
