This week we introduce Josh, our Store Manager at Hill Street Longford, who has been with Hill Street since September 2025.
We caught up with Josh recently and asked him a few questions about work and life.
Q: You have a long history in supermarkets. Give us a snapshot.
A: I have extensive experience in the national-chain supermarket industry at all store levels and multiple sites within Tasmania across the last decade - the last five years either as an Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager.
Q: What keeps you coming back to work each day?
A: The desire to deliver high quality service and produce every day in a welcoming, friendly community-feel environment, with a team that is passionate to deliver consistent excellence across all areas, for our customers’ shopping experience.
Q: What’s exciting you about managing Hill Street Longford?
A: I love the strong community feel, combined with quality produce, ranging and service, so much so that we, the team, draws the greater Launceston community to our beautiful area.
