    These Conditions of Entry articulate the standards, rights, and responsibilities that apply to all individuals entering our premises.

    By entering this store, you agree to abide by all these Conditions of Entry.

    Refusal to abide by these Conditions of Entry may result in you being asked to leave the store. Repeated refusal may result in you being permanently banned from our store.
     

    1.     Respectful and Safe Conduct

    The following conduct is prohibited:

    ·        Any form of harassment, abuse, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour toward staff or other customers

    ·        Bringing animals into the store, except for guide dogs, assistance animals, or as otherwise required by law.

    ·        Smoking, vaping, or consumption of drugs or alcohol

    ·        Use of skateboards, scooters, bicycles, or similar devices.

    ·        Soliciting, leafleting, or other forms of unauthorised promotion or protest on store premises.

    ·        Destruction or defacement of store property.

    ·        Obstructing aisles or emergency exits.
     

    2.     Bag checks and Use of Baskets/Trolleys

    This store complies with the Tasmanian Bag Check Code of Conduct.

    ·        All customers must use store baskets or trolleys to shop with. Your own bags must only be used once you have paid for your goods.

    ·        If requested by our staff, you are required to present any bags, parcels, containers or prams for inspection before leaving the store.

    ·        Refusal to allow our staff to check your bags, parcels, containers or prams may result in you being asked to leave the store.

    ·        If our staff members ask you to present your bag, parcel, container or pram for inspection, they will ask you to open the item yourself so that they can see inside. If the view of the bag, parcel, container or pram is obstructed by a large parcel or item of clothing such as a coat, our staff member may request that you remove the item to allow them to view the item thoroughly.

    ·        Our staff members may request to see receipts for items bought at other stores. Failure to provide receipts may result in you being asked to leave the store.
     

    3.     Security Cameras

    ·        Security cameras operate throughout these premises 24/7 to protect our customers, team members and products, in compliance with the Privacy Act 1988.

    ·        Footage may be reviewed in the event of theft or other incident and provided to the police as required by law.
