Graham is a classically trained chef, originally from Melbourne but now Tasmanian through and through.  With experience in award winning Tasmanian restaurants, he enjoys working at our kitchen in New Town having to be inventive with whatever fresh seasonal produce comes his way through our stores.  He and his team produce all your traditional Greek favourites - moussakka, pastitsio, spanakopita - as well as delicious braises, soups and salads ready to eat at home.  Speak to Graham about any catering you need - from a meeting for six to finger food for 100.
