This extends to eight different varieties of ham, including free-range, leg and ham-on-the-bone, a wide variety of hot and mild salamis, three different types of prosciutto and many other traditionally preserved, pickled, cooked and cured meats. You will also find a range of Hill Street's own cooked meats, including roast beef, silverside and Italian-style porchetta. We slice everything to order so you can be sure that what you're buying is as fresh as can be.

Our kitchen produces a large range of salads and wholesome, ready-to-eat meals for an easy lunch or dinner for busy families, and this will always include gluten-free, vegetarian and meat options.

bakery

Our breads come freshly delivered daily from leading bakeries around Hobart, including Jackman & McRoss, Jean Pascal, Manna Bakehouse, Lipscombe Larder and Pigeon Hole Bakery. You will find white, wholemeal, multi-grain, continental and sourdough options in loaves and rolls.

The delicious display of sweet cakes, tarts, pastries and baked treats we stock come from leading bakeries and patisseries and our own kitchen. We sell whole cakes as well as slices, small tarts, biscuits and Greek sweets to satisfy your sweet tooth.
