Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 500gm Rump Steak
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Parsley
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Chives
  • 3 tbsp Fresh Cream
  • Sea Salt
  • Black Peppercorns Ground

Method

Preheat a frying pan and line it with baking paper. When hot, place the butter & oil into the pan. Add the rump steak and lightly season with salt & pepper. Cook until lightly browned and golden, then turn and lightly season other side. Before the rump steak is cooked add the parsley, chives and cream. Simmer for a few minutes to let the sauce thicken. Season and serve with fresh vegetables.
