Ingredients

  • 100gms Smoked Tasmanian Atlantic Salmon
  • 1 frozen pizza base
  • 3/4 cup Napoli sauce
  • 125g Brie, thinly sliced
  • 3 tablespoons light sour cream
  • 2 spring onions, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon capers

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 220°C and brown pizza base on a lightly oiled tray. Spoon on Napoli sauce and arrange smoked salmon and brie slices on top. Top with onion and capers, and bake for 15-20mins until cheese melts. Remove the pizza from the oven and spoon dollops of sour cream on pizza whilst hot so it melts over it. Serve warm with a dry white wine.
